Free 30-minute phone consultation to discuss your goals, my approach, and whether we're a good fit to work together.
Step 2
Meet to discuss your goals, fitness level, and challenges in detail. I'll then create a customized program to get you started.
Step 3
Ongoing sessions at a pace that suits you. Examples: Every workout, weekly, biweekly or monthly.
Step 4
Ongoing support and fitness program updates as you progress.
Location Options:

In-Home Training
Train in your own home. You don't need much equipment to get started. Benefits include:

YYJ Fitness Centre
Train in a small gym at YYJ Fitness Centre, in North Saanich, where we'll have access to all the equipment needed for an effective workout, in a quieter, private gym setting.

Online Training
Live outside of the Greater Victoria area? Online, one-on-one personal training is offered via live video sessions and email.
