Jan Frampton
Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor

About Jan
Jan was born and raised on Vancouver Island and has a lifelong love of the outdoors. When she’s not training clients, she’s likely trail running, cycling, or hiking with her dog Zoe . This active lifestyle—and connection to nature—inspires her work and her belief in helping others move with strength and confidence throughout life.
As an experienced personal trainer and fitness instructor, Jan brings both expertise and empathy to her clients. She holds certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Weight Training, TRX Suspension Training, and Older Adult Fitness through the BCRPA and SF Training Systems.
Jan also has a rich athletic background that informs her practical, real-world approach to training. She’s completed over 40 triathlons—ranging from sprint to Ironman distances—and previously coached athletes as a certified NCCP triathlon coach. As an avid trail runner, she’s tackled multiple ultra-distance races, and she’s a weekend cyclist who thrives on long climbs and winding backroads. These experiences give her a deep understanding of how to build strength, mobility, and endurance in ways that are sustainable, achievable, and tailored to each person’s unique journey.
Why I do what I do...message from Jan:
“Too often, I see people assume that getting older means slowing down, losing strength, and accepting limits that they’ve placed on themselves. I hear people say, “I’m too old for that” or “I wish I could, but my body just won’t let me.” The truth? You can be stronger and active, at any age.
Whatever your starting point, it’s never too late to build strength, increase fitness, improve mobility, and move with confidence. Your body is meant to move.
That is why I do what I do. I create personalized training programs that fit your life, giving you the structure, support, and confidence to push past old limits and redefine what is possible for you. I provide the expertise, guidance, and accountability you need to stay on track, make informed choices, and see real, measurable results.”
